Start at the De Oostvaarders nature experience centre and cycle around Oostvaardersplassen. About half way ‘round you’ll find the Staatsbosbeheer (Dutch national forestry organisation) visitor centre. This special marshy area offers sanctuary to thousands of geese and other water birds, as well as Heck cattle, Konik horses, red deer and foxes.
