Which animals can you spot?
The outer rim of the Oostvaardersplassen nature reserve are freely accessible. The green wilderness can be experienced from the various observation points, where you can marvel at the innumerable species of bird that flock to this area. Large herbivores such as red deer, Konik horses and Heck cattle are also usually visible from here. Smaller animals such as foxes, roe deer and hares require a bit more patience and searching.
